We offer a 30-day return period for all our products, provided they are unused. This applies not only to the Mylky machine, but also to accessories like bottles, measuring spoons and other items. The 30-day period starts from the date of delivery confirmation.

Your Mylky machine comes with a 2-year warranty.

It depends on the payment method you have used. Usually it takes 3-5 days after we receive and inspect the item, but in some cases it can take up to 10 business days.

We want you to love your Mylky products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products purchased through our website.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

As a commercial benefit, Mylky further allows returns to be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the return conditions in this policy are met.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting:

After we receive your withdrawal request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Condition of Returned Products

Please note that the right of withdrawal allows you to inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to what would be permitted in a physical retail store.

This means:

  • The product may be switched on and off for inspection purposes only. It must not be used with any liquids or ingredients and must be returned in new, unused condition.
  • It must be handled with reasonable care
  • It must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

Any handling or use beyond what is necessary to verify the product may result in a reduction of the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

Inspection does not mean full operational use of the product.

2. Return Conditions

To complete a return following withdrawal, the product must:

  • Be returned within 30 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract
  • Be returned in its original condition, with only the handling necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning
  • Be returned in the original packaging, where reasonably possible
  • Include all accessories, manuals, components, and any promotional items supplied

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the product until it is returned.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, any use involving food, liquids, installation, or regular operation goes beyond what is necessary for inspection.

In such cases, we may apply a reduction in the refund amount to reflect the diminished value of the product, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned products.

Where handling exceeds what is necessary to verify the product’s nature, characteristics, and basic functioning, a partial refund may be issued to reflect any loss in value.

3. Return Shipping

For all approved returns, Mylky will provide a prepaid return shipping label together with instructions on how to return the product.

We cover return shipping costs in the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is returned unused and in new condition within the 30-day withdrawal period

Return shipping costs will not be covered and a prepaid label may not be provided if:

  • The product has been used, including any contact with food, liquids, or regular operation
  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
  • The returned product does not meet the conditions of our return policy, including cases of misuse, missing parts, or damage caused after delivery

All returned products are subject to inspection and approval by Mylky before any refund is issued. If a returned item is found to be ineligible after inspection, we reserve the right to refuse the return, deduct return shipping costs, or apply a reduction in the refund to reflect any loss in value.

We are not responsible for returns sent without prior authorisation or without using the provided return label.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

Refunds will:

  • Be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • Be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product or receive sufficient proof of return shipment.

Shipping costs from the original order may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds may be refused in the following circumstances:

  • The product has been used, including any contact with food, liquids, or regular operation
  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
  • The returned product does not meet the conditions of our return policy, including cases of misuse, missing parts, or damage caused after delivery

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, refrain from using it and please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, which may include a replacement or refund.

Defects Occurring After Delivery

If your product develops a defect or malfunction after it has been used or after the initial delivery period, this will be handled in accordance with our warranty policy.

In such cases, please contact us at support@mylky.co with details of the issue so that we can assist you with a warranty assessment and next steps.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return if:

  • They have been used in a way that involves contact with food or liquid, beyond a normal inspection.
  • They are damaged due to misuse
  • They are missing parts or accessories not due to our error
